Firstly, let me introduce myself - My name is Eric Dennis and I have lived in the Calgary area for more than 25 years - meaning that I could be considered quite an expert when it comes to the happenings of the city of Calgary as a whole. Prior to moving to Calgary, I lived in B.C. for about 6 years owning and operating a window washing company.
In 2000, I decided to return to Calgary and decided that a career in real estate would become my next career move.
Since starting a career in Calgary Real Estate, I have worked hard to achieve many top performing awards including being voted by my CIR Realty peers as the "Best REALTOR® Of The Year", Ruby Award, Silver Award and numerous 100% club awards.
My success within the Calgary Real Estate market is due to opportunities I had working with many Calgarians during their home buying and selling experiences. I pride myself in being in a service industry that's ultimate goal is to help clients, however I always strive to keep my clients best interests at heart.

I also believe in being well informed in my business. In 2006 I completed the Calgary Real Estate Board course, Certified Calgary Condominium Specialist (C.C.S.). The advantages of taking this course have been numerous, however, the main benefit is that I can better service the growing urban buyers who have specific condo needs.

Calgary condo ownership is a growing entity of the Calgary Real Estate market and currently consists of more than 30% of the market share.
